Mr. Enoch Edem Tamakloe
CEO/DIRECTOR
Enoch is a pragmatic thinker with a strong background in Finance, commercializing and transforming businesses into profitable assets.Known for building strong teams, optimizing organizations and delivering high gains. Edem is currently the CEO/Director of BigBees Limited. He is responsible for defining and delivering strategic end to end policy directions for the company and growing the business. He is also a business consultant who actively works as a consultant for 2H Medical Center, Britannia Medical Centre, Ghinger Healthcare Limited, Unik Resources and Private Limited and Log-3 Limited.
Edem started his career as an Accounts officer in 2010 with El-Dekuvie Company Limited in Ghana. He has over the past 13 years worked in various organizations but specifically within the Construction and Business Consultancy sector. Edem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from University of Professional Studies & is also a Chartered Accountant ICAG-Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.
Edem is broadly experienced in corporate finance, project management, taxation, and human resources management and does possesses excellent interpersonal and communications skills. He has through the past 13 years of working in diverse sectors built great relationships with private, government and corporate institutions.
Mrs. Priscilla Allotey
ADMIN/PROJECT MANAGER
Priscilla is a highly motivated individual and Facilitator with a proven track record of academic and professional excellence in procurement and logistics. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting With a firm background in business analysis, her passion is achieving results through business re-engineering, innovation and sustainability management. In the past 6 years, her focus has been on growth and enterprise development; quality assurance management, project management.
She has planned, prepared and delivered modules including Strategic Management & Leadership skills, Information Management, Information Systems Strategy, Project Management, Strategic Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Creative & Innovative Management.
Her work experience in the industry spans over 6 years. In that period, She has held different positions including Senior Logistic officer at Emtech Supports Services, Assistant Administrator Goldeagle Multimedia Limited.
ELIJAH OPOKU
PROJECT MANAGER
Elijah is a very experienced professional individual with a vast and enriched experience in project management. His rich experience and understanding of projects have earned him so many awards both locally and internationally, he is responsible for ensuring that teams complete all projects on time and within budget. His in-depth knowledge has helped the company to prevent scope creep whiles also managing individual tasks for the respective teams with keen attention to details to avoid unpleasant surprises,
Elijah holds a Master’s Degree in project management from Data link University and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Takoradi Technical University.
PAUL TUTU ASOMANI
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Paul is responsible and experienced Construction Engineer particularly in the area of designing, developing and maintaining construction systems and workflow to meet required specifications and industrial standards and best practices.
He has worked as a seasoned and experience construction engineer in civil and construction sectors for close to 4 years of his carrier. He is very solid professional and passionate about his job. He has over the years since joining Big Bees Limited contributed immensely to the growth and success stories of the company.
He holds a first Degree in civil engineering from the Koforidua Secondary Technical School and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
FRANCIS SASU
TILE INSTALLATION SPECIALIST
Francis is a very experienced and hardworking individual with over 4 years working experience in construction and civil engineering related works. His core strength in tile and marble installation works, maintenance and carrying repair works on all our projects is a testament that makes him one of the key pillars on our projects.
Prince hold a Diploma in building and construction engineering from the Ho Technical University and a Bsc in civil engineering from the KNUST.
AGNES FAAHO
BUSINESS DEVELOMENT MANAGER
Agnes is a very seasoned and a hardworking individual with a very solid background in business development and marketing. She has over the years in her carrier demonstrated to be the right person for the role of creating plans and forecasting sales, suggesting upgrades or adding products and services that may be of keen interest to clients, negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Her vast experience in this arear of our company has enabled revenue growth and increase in client base. Agnes holds a BSc in Business Administration and Marketing from GIMPA and Masters in Corporate marketing from University of Professional Studies.
Emmanuel Appiah
Head of IT and Safety Officer
Emmanuel is the Manager of Emtech Supports Services. Emmanuel has worked with many Telecommunication industries in Ghana including New Networks Ltd, Alcatel, ROM Ghana but currently a private consultant for Daftech Ghana Ltd. He also holds a certificate in health and Safety.
Mr. Gabriel S. Alorwu
SITE ENGINEER
Gabby is very strong individual with many years of experience in construction and civil works. He is proactive and with many years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills. He has built and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies and coordinate with other managers. He has helped in researching and developing new designs and products, proposing budgets for projects and overseeing all the activities related to each project.
He possesses great foresight, great communication skills and working knowledge of different engineering and proven supervisory skills on complex nature in the industry.
BLESS REEVES GBEDE
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Bless is a very solid quality assurance professional with other 3 years of experience in the field of product and process improvement. Having the requisite managerial and technical experience in this discipline, she posses all the qualities there is in quality assurance implementation, corrective and preventive measures.
Bless also possess the varied skills and competencies to propel the process of the company in his capacity as the head of quality assurance manager.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in PMP and a Masters in Quality Assurance management from Ghana institute of management and public administration GIMPA. She is also a certified Sigma associate member and quality auditor.
